Conceived and implemented BHEL's entry into new areas like:
- EPC contracts for Captive Power Plants (enhancing the revenues by 40%).
- Areas like Bulk material handling systems (Coal and Ash handling plants), DG based power plants, ASRS, Terminal automation etc.
- EPC projects in Water Management Systems thereby leveraging BHEL's system design capabilities. Projects were successfully completed in the areas of Desalination Plants, Clear Water Pumping Schemes, Lift Irrigation Systems and Sewerage & Effluent Treatment Plants.
- R & M of Oil Rigs (undertaken on turnkey basis for ONGC)
- LSTK business for various subsystems in oil refineries.
- Power Distribution including turnkey execution of substations and providing SCADA, Metering, IT solutions including Geographical Information Systems.
